Weekly/monthly parking permits only in residential areas

Idea:

Put signs up indicating dead end streets to eliminate unnecessary turn arounds. Prevent use of fire lane as an unloading zone. Additionally, disincentive day trippers by preventing daily permits in residential areas. They have no stake in the community and threaten residents with their belligerence.
