Update the water tower sign

Idea:

In these days of social media, things like the water tower are prime advertising opportunities for the City of Rehoboth tourism board. Today's water towers use a rather plain font that fail to excite the eye. The focus of this initiative would be to update the water towers with artfully design Rehoboth Beach text that would bring a sense of liveliness and fun to the area. One idea may be to update the lettering to look like postcard font with pictures from old downtown Rehoboth.
