Remove one parking space from each intersection on 1st and 2nd streets

Idea:

With cars parked so close to the intersections, it is nearly impossible to see crossing traffic until you pull out onto the main streets. This is particularly onerous from Baltimore, Maryland Olive and Virginia Avenues. If the loss of revenue from 16 parking spaces is financially burdensome, lower the speed limit on 1st and 2nd Streets to 15mph.
