Disturbing vehicle

I am tired of seeing the disturbing truck parked at the corner of Rehoboth Ave and 2nd Street. Is it freedom of speech to park there day after day? The signs are offensive.

We are aware that several people have expressed concerns about this vehicle and its messaging. Both are protected under the constitution's freedom of speech amendment. The vehicle itself is not in violation of city ordinances.
